Description:
Warrior W-1 Cement Strengthener is a highly versatile polymer additive. It can be added to cement for use in tiling, tile-on-tile applications, new-to-old wall plastering, tile grouting, waterproofing, rising dampness treatment, and screeding.
It can also be poured or injected into cracks to stop water seepage.
The formula is highly concentrated and can be diluted twice with water.

Features

Cement mixed with W-1 will have:

• Improved bonding strength by 2 to 3 times (up to 30.57 kg/cm²), making it especially effective for bonding homogeneous tiles, granite, and marble tiles while helping prevent staining.

• Increased flexural and compressive strength by 40% to 100%, with compressive strength reaching up to 56.00 N/mm².

• Faster setting time, reduced surface cracking and dusting, and formation of a tight seal—ideal for wall plastering, wet areas, and swimming pool waterproofing.

• 10 to 20 times higher resistance to oil, salt water, chloride, acid, and vapor penetration—especially important for steel-reinforced concrete structures.

• Improved plasticity and flow (ASTM C 124-71), making the mix easier to work with and reducing porosity.

• Suitability for use with potable water, tested according to SS375:2001.
